Job Details
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
Lead and manage the day-to-day talent acquisition activities within the People & Culture department to ensure standards, policies and procedures are met and followed
Find new distribution channels / recruitment agencies to partnership with, and to ensure that relationships are maintained
Research, organize and participate in talent acquisition trips to key employment markets
Participate in career and hotel fairs across the UAE
Conduct interviews with all internal and external candidates at the final stage in the hiring process to ensure they are a fit with the brand
Responsible for preparing and sending out LOI's and offer letters and corresponding with all applicants
Responsible for all internal transfers and promotions
Coach and counsel department leaders to formulate effective talent acquisition and succession strategies, including the creation of job descriptions
Develop and maintain relationships with leading hotel schools and universities and spearhead the property internship program in collaboration with learning & development
Become the employer of choice in the market by promoting the property on external websites e.g. CatererGlobal, LinkedIn etc.
