Overview of the role:

The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Executive is to actively contribute to the organization\'s growth by assisting in the identification and acquisition of top-tier talent. This position plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and administrative tasks.

What you will do:

Responsible for:

Candidate Sourcing:
  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Shortlisting:
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to assess potential profiles.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Interview Coordination:
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide support during the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) for each requisition.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, such as posting openings on various platforms, arranging interviews, receiving feedback from hiring managers, supporting in preparing & extending offers.
  • Coordinate with all TA partners to ensure TA dashboard is regularly updated and validate the TA reporting.
  • Liaison with the group office stakeholders for system related issues.
Employer Branding:
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company\'s reputation in the job market.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the TA partner and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Job Context:
  • Talent Acquisition Executive will operate within a collaborative HR team and will assist the TA partner by actively participating in the recruitment life cycle.
  • This role Will support the TA partner in TA transformation initiatives.
Required skills to be successful:

Job-Specific Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 year\'s experience in similar role, preferably in Real Estate.
