Dubai, UAE SALARY: 20,000 AED - 30,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards,
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience
  • Build and implement an onboarding program to ensure new hires are set up for success
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, MUST HAVE REAL ESTAE EXPERINCE.
  • Experience building HR processes and onboarding programs from scratch
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, environment
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
