Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all MEP works at the site. Review MEP drawings, materials, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements. Plan daily site activities and allocate tasks to technicians and subcontractors. Ensure all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations are carried out as per standards and approved procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. Coordinate with other departments (Civil, Safety, QA/QC) to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers. Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling. Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimum resource utilisation. Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and company policies.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in UAE. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and construction practices. Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with safety standards and site protocols. UAE driving license (preferred).
