Job Description
URGENT HIRING!
Position: Facilities Supervisor
Salary: QAR 4,500 (full package + other benefits)
Open contract - direct placement
Requirements:
- Valid QID and willing to transfer sponsorship
- Must be able to process the transfer successfully
- Available to start immediately
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role for hard services (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance procedures.
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.- Experience managing subcontractors, service-level agreements, and performance monitoring.
- Proficient in using CMMS/helpdesk systems for work order tracking and reporting.- Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, estimates, and maintenance schedules.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, and respond to emergency call-outs
