Responsibilities:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in stitching process
Ensure the quality of stitching is on its standards
Initiates training of employees required for improvements
Constant monitoring of production schedule to meet the required targets as required by Management
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing work standards
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
Maintains and monitors of production employees' performance.
