Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring all machinery, equipment, buildings, and systems are in safe and efficient working condition. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, scheduling repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. A valid

driving license

is required for travel between sites or responding to maintenance issues off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and contractors. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery, equipment, and building systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, health regulations, and environmental standards. Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely manner, including after-hours when required. Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts. Prepare maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost efficiency. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for maintenance-related work. Provide hands-on support when necessary and train junior technicians. Travel between company sites as needed --

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Management (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical). Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in maintenance management software (CMMS) and MS Office applications.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position; may require overtime or on-call duties. Work may involve exposure to noise, dust, and industrial environments. Travel between multiple facilities or client sites as needed.
