Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, repair, testing, predictive / preventive / breakdown maintenance for Rotating and Static Equipment to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and integrity. Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

Maintenance Planning and execution

Ensure availability of required resources for mechanical maintenance execution and schedule expectations to complete the job safely and on time. Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise rotating/static equipment Preventive/Predictive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and availability. Inspect / follow up on task progress and final completion, and provide reports to ensure timely and quality job execution. Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting, and participate in negotiations for equipment repair to meet standards and cost efficiency. Update refurbished equipment database and history for the equipment and their accessories. Participate in and conduct safety toolbox talks to discuss safety and methods of completing tasks. Supervise testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems, ensuring repairs conform to correct methods and safety procedures. Participate in planning, scheduling, and executing shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities. Materials Control

Monitor availability of tools, equipment, and parts for scheduled jobs. Prepare lists of spares, tools, and materials required; issue purchase/material requisitions; inspect specifications. Arrange transportation of materials to site and coordinate with workshop supervisors. Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 2 & 3)

Supervision

Plan, supervise, and coordinate activities in the assigned area. Train and develop staff on relevant skills. Budgets

Assist in preparing and implementing department budgets. Investigate variances to support performance and cost control. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

Implement policies, processes, and standards in line with company and international standards. Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations. Performance Management

Contribute to achieving department performance objectives. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Design and implement tools to improve operational quality and efficiency. Identify process improvements and define solutions for operational issues. HSE and Sustainability

Comply with HSE policies, procedures, and legislation. Participate in emergency response duties. Reports

Provide inputs for management reports and progress updates. Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

At least 5 years of experience supervising mechanical maintenance in a large industrial setting, preferably in oil and gas. Work Conditions

Work in an A/C environment with occasional site visits in harsh weather conditions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
