Maintenance Supervisor

6 months - Sponsorship after successful probation

Marine Experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Supervise daily maintenance and repair works for yachts, boats, and marine equipment. Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor progress against deadlines
.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Project Management

Oversee service contracts and special projects (e.g., Lusail Queen, refurbishments). Prepare daily/weekly project reports and update management on progress. Coordinate with procurement to ensure required materials are available on time. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards and addressing concerns promptly. Team Management Lead and mentor technicians, electricians, carpenters, and helpers. Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of the maintenance team. Conduct training sessions on safety, best practices, and technical skills. Quality & Compliance Implement and monitor SOPs for maintenance and project execution. Ensure compliance with Qatar health and safety regulations. Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues. Reporting & Communication Report manpower, materials, and progress updates to management. Act as the communication link between field teams, procurement, and management. Maintain documentation of work orders, material usage, and service records.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Marine/Industrial Engineering (preferred). 5-7 years of supervisory experience in marine maintenance, operations, or related engineering field. Strong technical knowledge in electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems for boats/yachts. Proven experience in managing teams and delivering projects on time. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
