How you will make an impact (Key responsibilities):
1. Inventory Management & Material Handling

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods against purchase orders.
  • Accurately record stock movements in inventory registers or ERP systems to maintain real-time data integrity.
  • Organize and store materials systematically, ensuring compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
  • Conduct scheduled physical stock counts and reconcile with system records for accuracy.
2. Dispatch & Loading Operations
  • Prepare and stage orders for dispatch according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
  • Assist in loading finished goods onto delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage during handling.
  • Verify and complete all dispatch documentation, including issue notes, delivery orders, and transfer slips.
3. Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the warehouse, critical for water and food-grade products.
  • Handle water bottles, jars, and packaging materials with care to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
  • Follow all safety protocols while handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
  • Report any damages, discrepancies, or unusual conditions immediately to supervisors for corrective action.
4. Documentation, Reporting & Coordination
  • Keep inventory registers, bin cards, and stock records updated and organized for easy reference.
  • Prepare and submit daily stock reports to management for operational planning.
  • Label and arrange materials systematically for quick identification and retrieval.
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely material availability.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in warehouse/inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and ERP systems.
  • Ability to receive, verify, and record incoming materials accurately.
  • Familiarity with FIFO and FEFO principles for proper material storage.
  • Physically fit to handle raw materials, packaging, and finished goods safely.
  • Understanding of hygiene and contamination prevention standards, especially for water products.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines for material handling and equipment operation.
  • Excellent organizational skills for systematic labeling and storage.
  • Ability to prepare accurate stock reports and maintain updated records.
  • Strong coordination skills to work effectively with production, quality control, and logistics teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or damages promptly.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory documentation and reporting.
  • Good communication skills and reliability in supporting smooth warehouse operations.
