Lead and administer the day-to-day activities of the department; assist in developing new trends, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation
Supervise subordinates' work, provide necessary guidance, and review their work to ensure expected results are achieved demonstrating leadership skills
Prepare customized reports on a regular basis as required by management and review those prepared by subordinates to ensure accuracy
Ensure the safe upkeep and regular update of records
Ensure proper implementation of procedures and recommend enhancements

Bachelor's Degree in Administration Management, or equivalent Certification in office management or related area preferred (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Certified Office Manager)
Minimum 06 years' experience in similar roles & industries
