  • Lead and administer the day-to-day activities of the department; assist in developing new trends, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation
  • Supervise subordinates' work, provide necessary guidance, and review their work to ensure expected results are achieved demonstrating leadership skills
  • Prepare customized reports on a regular basis as required by management and review those prepared by subordinates to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure the safe upkeep and regular update of records
  • Ensure proper implementation of procedures and recommend enhancements
  • Communicate ideas for improving department & company processes with a positive and constructive attitude and for developing this attitude in other colleagues
  • Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as appropriate

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration Management, or equivalent Certification in office management or related area preferred (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Certified Office Manager)
  • Minimum 06 years' experience in similar roles & industries
