Role is responsible for the administrative functions of the HR department and back-end support in the areas of post Recruitment, HR Services, Operations and Rewards. Serves as administrator for the UAE Pension portal, CB portal and other HR Ops & Rewards projects. To coordinate, administer and provide back-end support in the areas of Training and Organisational Development
This position is the focal point of contact for all new joiners and guiding them through the various joining forms and procedures of the bank. Additionally this position is the focal point of contact for all external Vendors.
Key Accountabilities
\xef\x82\xa7 Administer and manage the UAT Staff Pension portal - includes the reporting of joiners / leavers; monthly reconciliation; submissions on the portal; annual updates on salary changes. Reflect all new changes in UAE Pension law as advised by regulators from time-to-time \xef\x82\xa7 Represent NBF in all GPSA meetings \xef\x82\xa7 To handle the on boarding / joining formalities for new staff including liaising with candidates, arranging visas, medicals, employment references and all other documentation in line with bank policy to ensure all hiring formalities are completed - both regular and outsource
\xef\x82\xa7 Administer the UAE Central Bank portal for reporting monthly headcount and Authorized Signatories. Accurate reporting of headcount and monthly reconciliation of all new joiners / leavers \xef\x82\xa7 Serves a key role \'Maker / Input \'for T24 (conventional & Islamic), BPM, HRMS, EDMS and other HR system. Accurately and carefully inputting all transactions \xef\x82\xa7 Role manages a number of key admin tasks - salary / employment certificates (both Arabic/English), maintain MIS of all bank staff JD\'s, monthly co-coordination and ensure completion from stakeholders for HR Balance Score Card and SLA, monitor the HR Service Manager issues, administer EDMS records \xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for updating and managing the HR page on the bank\'s IntraNet. Work involves coordinating with IT, regularly providing IT with necessary materials.
Other Accountabilities
\xef\x82\xa7 HR Policy Administration - role requires to ensure all HR Policies are timely renewed. Work closely with vendor for translations and check before uploading on portal \xef\x82\xa7 Work closely with the HR Rewards team for administering a host of projects like Flexible Benefits, Annual Attestations, Budget exercise costing/projections. Will also be actively involved in all UAT and running of parallel systems - where required \xef\x82\xa7 Work closely with Manager HRSS in HRMS Administration. Tasks involve entering new employees, timely deletion of leavers, setting up password access for staff \xef\x82\xa7 Actively involved in addressing staff queries related to all HR Admin functions and provides advisory services to staff. \xef\x82\xa7 Manage the relationship and administratively support all external Training Providers/Business Consultancies from initial contact to contract end \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinate and administer all Development tasks across all Emirates \xef\x82\xa7 Calendar planning \xef\x82\xa7 Delegate/Trainer communication \xef\x82\xa7 Venue Planning \xef\x82\xa7 Catering \xef\x82\xa7 Physical presence support \xef\x82\xa7 Attendance Tracking \xef\x82\xa7 Feedback Management \xef\x82\xa7 Manage NBF Organisational Development Database on daily basis \xef\x82\xa7 Support all HRRMs in activities pertaining to the following areas: \xef\x82\xa7 Organizational Development \xef\x82\xa7 Emiratization
