HR Shared Services Manager (220008C5) PRIMARY LOCATION : MOROCCO-RABAT - SALE - KENITRA ORGANIZATION : Group Operations CONTRACT TYPE : Regular
SCHEDULE : Full-time
DESCRIPTION
  • Design and deliver a best-in-class service for our internal partners that use the HR shared service. Build and develop a strong, team, multiskilled in all aspects of HR, which is highly motivated and engaged
  • Understand HR practices and the technical aspects that underpin them
  • Coach and develop the team, both in and out of your direct team, to get the most out of them
  • Process design, initiation, and improvement in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Develop SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with the business and manage delivery of services to those SLAs
  • Develop and manage KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and manage the services to those KPIs
  • Design efficient processes that support people practices
  • Regularly communicate the ongoing vision of service, development, and delivery against agreed outcomes such as SLAs, KPIs
  • Effectively manage change ensuring that the teams are always change ready
  • Manage team resources effectively to ensure that the HR Shared Service delivers exceptional service
  • Provide overall Governance
  • Be responsible for all day-to-day operational teams (HR Operations, L&D Operations, Sourcing)
  • Takes responsibility for the HR portal in the BAU and strong contribution in project mode (scope expansion, knowledge base).
  • Creatively find new ways to educate and engage employees around our HR portal (Setting-up and lead for the HR portal community)
  • Change Management, transformation, and budget follow-up (FTE's, costs, invoicing...)
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s degree in business, HR, project Management
  • 10 years+ of experience in similar field
  • Strong knowledge of Managed Services
  • English/French fluent
