Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
-Minimum 10-15 years working experience in Supervision Consultancy Office at Qatar and GCC.
-Can join immediately.
-Consultant supervision and management specialist.
-Arabic must be first language.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Review shop drawings, As built drawings, Letters, material Submittals, concept design drawings, BOQ, Method of Statement, IR, Interim payments etc...
-Supervise the contractor, subcontractor for all submittals and supervise all the works to ensure achievement of scope, specifications and quality requirements.
Required skills and qualifications:
Project management experience.
Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
Client and consultant coordination ability.
Knowledge of all building regulation and municipality requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills and meet client satisfaction.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.
Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
Experience with different finishing materials.
Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage.
