Collate, examine, analyse and advise on complex data and information held in the section. Prepare reports and internal documentation to facilitate business processes
Extract and manipulate data and information from computerised systems and prepares administrative or technical reports for senior colleagues
Maintain standards. Review, check and monitor work output to ensure quality requirements met
Review processes and procedures and identify and assess options for improvement. Implements changes within own area/function, ensuring all policies and procedures are complied with
Train and develop staff within area/function to build unit capability

Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard Qualifications: Diploma in Administration Management, or equivalent Minimum 07 years' experience in similar roles & industries
