  • Supervises staff. Plans, organises and prioritises workloads within area of responsibility in order that resources are used effectively, and work is completed within set deadlines
  • Responsible for a detailed/complex process or a range of less complex processes
  • Provide guidance and support to subordinate staff and act as a point of expertise and reference within own area or functional specialism
  • Assist in the preparation of departmental budget through providing basic information and undertaking simple calculations
  • Collate, examine, analyse and advise on complex data and information held in the section. Prepare reports and internal documentation to facilitate business processes
  • Extract and manipulate data and information from computerised systems and prepares administrative or technical reports for senior colleagues
  • Maintain standards. Review, check and monitor work output to ensure quality requirements met
  • Review processes and procedures and identify and assess options for improvement. Implements changes within own area/function, ensuring all policies and procedures are complied with
  • Train and develop staff within area/function to build unit capability

Qualifications:
Diploma in Administration Management, or equivalent
Minimum 07 years' experience in similar roles & industries
  • Supervisory potential
  • Advance computer skills
  • Good standard of written and spoken English- Arabic is advantage
  • Organizational awareness
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Report writing ability
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity of technical terms and presentations
