Build and execute marketing campaigns for new ventures to drive OKR/performance objectives (acquisitions, retention, churn) as well as brand objectives (awareness, engagement & TOM), including developing marketing playbooks and GTM strategy for all new ventures market launches & growing existing markets
Create 360 marketing plans with budgets allocated for each channel strategy. Set objectives that each channel will achieve
Use data-driven insights (existing marketing campaigns performance, platform level behavior, customer surveys, local market insights, OKR performance, etc.) in designing the campaigns and assess the ongoing campaigns for effectiveness.
Direct stakeholder management with regional marketing, local marketing, social media, CRM, creative, brand & other relevant teams for day-to-day marketing coordination & alignment, and identify challenges and opportunities to be able to translate them into effective campaigns.
Develop CRM automation strategies for specific OKRs for new ventures related to acquisitions, engagement, churn/retention
Regular reporting and documentation of overall marketing campaign performance (key focus on CRM initiatives) with insights & suggestions/recommendations on improving future campaigns to ensure OKR success
Planning/aligning monthly marketing calendars for both local and regional campaigns
Weekly reporting and alignment of program performance/updates with local marketing and regional teams to guide and provide direction on the way forward to achieve marketing OKRs
Writing copywriting briefs for marketing campaigns, including developing content drafts for campaigns as per the pre-defined message matrix/tool kits across different channels
Reviewing marketing assets & collateral to share feedback/suggestions on improving content to ensure brand guidelines are followed & up-to-date.
What did we order?
You have a degree in Marketing or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in e-commerce
Expertise in understanding the marketing mix and campaign management
Exceptionally strong analytical, project management, and presentation skill set
