Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Plan and execute Brand Planning and Brand GTM related tasks, prepare in season and pre-season readiness across horizontal functions, delivering improvements in alignment, process, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan Brand Planning related timelines and prepare seasonal Smartsheet\xe2\x80\x99s and milestone calendars enabling teams to deliver campaigns OTIF.
  • Keep Brand Planning SharePoint updated and share action lists with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with Campaign Portal and ensure local campaign data is reflected correctly.
  • Share Seasonal Brand Calendar and Calendar updates and priorities lists regularly.
  • Upskill new joiners and provide training sessions.
  • Support cross-functional alignment meetings and prepare templates.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly decks, and other cross functional documents.
  • Improve Brand order process and Brand order book review.
  • Bring in E2E-process improvements.
  • Work closely with EM Brand Planning function and sharpen collaboration models.
  • Support with Brand GTM readiness and horizontal initiatives.
  • Assist with other GTM / MOPS tasks.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field
  • > 3 years of experience in operational driven environment
  • Preferred experience in project management
  • Fluent in English
