Mubadala Health Dubai:
Established in 2022, Mubadala Health Dubai offers world-class treatments and advanced technology, facilitated by a clinical team of experts with extensive knowledge and experience. Our state-of-the-art outpatient facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties. Responsibilities:

• Adheres to the division's policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and ethical requirements.
• Provides comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management, as well as gynecological consultations and procedures.
• Diagnoses and manages a wide range of women's health conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, menopause, and reproductive health concerns.
• Performs gynecologic surgeries and minor procedures as per hospital privileges and established protocols.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and holistic patient-centered care.
• Participates actively in patient education, counseling, and preventive health programs to promote women's wellness.
• Engages in quality improvement, clinical audits, and continuous professional development to maintain high clinical standards.
• Supports departmental teaching, research, and training activities where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Medicine/MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution or as defined by DOH PQR.
• Certificate of Completion of Specialty Training in Obstetrics and Gynecology recognized by DOH or as defined by DOH PQR.
• Must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (where applicable).
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience post specialist qualification or as defined by DOH PQR.
• 5+ years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, preferably within a tertiary care or multidisciplinary setting.
• Prior experience in the UAE or with an internationally accredited healthcare institution.
• Strong clinical background in both obstetric and gynecologic care, with excellent procedural and diagnostic skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, compassionate care, and continuous professional development.
