Requirements
5+ years of experience in mechanical facilities management, with a strong focus on luxury settings and high-end clientele, preferably in a luxury setting
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-end hospitality setting
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for mechanical system analysis and monitoring
Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards
