Soft Services Manager
Job Title: Soft Services Manager
Department: Facilities Management - Soft Services
Reports To: Facilities Manager
Job Purpose:
To plan, direct, and manage the delivery of all non-technical (soft) services, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, catering, and reception services, ensuring a high-quality, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of all soft services teams to ensure consistent service delivery as per contracts and SLAs.
• Develop cleaning schedules, waste management plans, and other soft service protocols.
• Manage the soft services budget, control costs, and manage inventory for consumables.
• Supervise and schedule staff, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of all soft service areas, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
• Liaise with specialized subcontractors (e.g., pest control, landscaping) to ensure their services are delivered effectively.
• Ensure all soft services activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Respond to client and occupant feedback regarding soft services and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in soft services management, preferably in a corporate or large-scale environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methodologies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
