About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Event Coordinator / Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of unique in-person events. This is a hands-on role that combines events, content, and on-site execution. Ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments, enjoys hosting, and loves building memorable experiences from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Support and host in-person events on scheduled dates Assist with event planning, logistics, and on-site setup Capture video content during events for social platforms Contribute creative ideas to enhance the event experience Track attendee engagement and social sentiment Manage timelines, tasks, and checklists for smooth execution Collaborate with team members to bring concepts to life Own assigned deliverables end-to-end

Who You Are

Enthusiastic about events, content, and creative experiences Organized and proactive with strong follow-through Confident on event days and comfortable interacting with attendees Capable of capturing and producing basic video content Creative thinker with fresh ideas and a "go-get-it" mindset Reliable, detail-oriented, and good under time pressure Interested in experiential, hospitality, creative, or production fields Available for in-person event dates (some evenings/weekends)

Compensation & Schedule

Part-time, hourly In-person only Flexible scheduling aligned to event calendar
