to join our team. This role requires someone with a
passion for talent and event management, strong sales acumen, and excellent organizational skills.
You will be responsible for booking and managing talent, scouting new talent, coordinating event logistics, and providing administrative and personal assistance to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent & Event Management
Book and manage talent
for various events and projects.
Scout and source
new talent remotely
to ensure a strong pipeline.
Track, attract, and select
top-tier talent
to support ongoing client needs.
Stay updated with
industry trends
to refine the talent acquisition strategy.
Identify and source relevant content creators, influencers, and entertainers.
Ensure
talent contracts
are up-to-date and legally compliant.
Oversee
event logistics remotely
to ensure smooth execution.
Client & Sales Outreach
Proactively
reach out to potential clients
and talent via various channels.
Engage with clients through phone, email, and video calls to
pitch entertainment proposals.
Convert leads into
confirmed bookings
by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Act as a
brand ambassador
to recruit and retain top talent.
Administrative & Personal Assistance
Provide high-level
administrative
&
personal assistance
to the Managing Director, including managing their schedule, travel, and meetings.
Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the day-to-day business operations.
Maintain organized records of talent, contracts, and event details
Skills & Experience Required
?
Minimum 2 years of experience
in talent booking, event management, or office administration.
?
Sales-oriented mindset
with experience in client outreach and conversions.
? Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
in a fast-paced environment.
?
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
(both written and verbal).
? Experience in
entertainment, fashion, or lifestyle talent booking.
? High level of
attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, and CRM tools.
?
Social media savvy
with an eye for emerging talent and trends.
? Ability to
work independently and take full ownership
of responsibilities.
? Must be able to
start immediately.
