, the ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project milestones are met with the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities related to aluminum and facade installations.
Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
Manage site labor, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure efficient manpower deployment.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and suppliers to address design or execution issues.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Oversee the proper installation of systems including curtain walls, ACP cladding, spider glazing, aluminum doors, and windows.
Monitor material consumption, coordinate deliveries, and minimize wastage on site.
Identify and resolve technical or execution-related challenges efficiently.
Prepare and submit regular site progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Validate dimensions, alignments, and levels to ensure installations match design intent.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in supervising aluminum and facade system installations.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of
unitized, stick, curtain wall
, and
structural glazing systems
.
Ability to interpret and execute based on
shop drawings
and construction documents.
Soft Skills:
Strong
leadership, communication

Solid understanding of
HSE regulations
