Based in Al Quoz, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site activities for aluminum and facade system installations.
Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
Manage labor teams and subcontractors, optimizing manpower allocation for efficiency.
Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, architects, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to enforce safety, quality control, and environmental standards.
Oversee correct installation of curtain walls, ACP cladding, spider glazing, windows, and doors.
Monitor material usage, coordinate timely deliveries, and minimize wastage.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or site-related challenges effectively.
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Verify installation alignment and dimensions to ensure conformity with design specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising facade/aluminum system installations.
Strong technical knowledge of aluminum facade systems, including unitized, stick, and curtain wall systems.
Proficient in interpreting shop drawings and translating them into accurate on-site execution.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
