We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient Site Supervisor specializing in aluminum and facade systems to lead on-site operations for our high-profile construction projects in Al Quoz. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing curtain wall installations, cladding, structural glazing, and related facade components, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision:
Oversee daily site activities related to aluminum facade installations, including curtain walls, ACP cladding, spider glazing, doors, and windows.
Quality Control:
Ensure all work complies with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Team Leadership:
Manage site labor and subcontractors to maintain productivity, safety, and workmanship quality.
Resource Management:
Monitor and control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate effectively with project managers, architects, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site challenges.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Conduct regular inspections to enforce adherence to UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies.
Progress Reporting:
Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing site progress, manpower, and material usage.
Technical Accuracy:
Verify installation dimensions, levels, and alignments align with design and structural requirements.
Problem Solving:
Quickly identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supervising aluminum facade and glazing installations in the UAE/GCC region.
Extensive knowledge of aluminum facade systems, including curtain walls, unitized panels, stick systems, ACP cladding, spider glazing, and structural glazing.
Strong ability to interpret and implement shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of UAE construction safety standards and ability to enforce compliance on site.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
