to oversee daily site operations at our projects in Al Quoz and across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid experience supervising installations of
curtain walls, cladding, aluminum doors and windows, and structural glazing systems
, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations for
aluminum and facade system installations
.
Ensure all site works comply with
approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules
.
Manage labor crews and subcontractors, ensuring optimal
manpower allocation and productivity
.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and suppliers to
resolve site issues
effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to enforce
quality control, safety, and environmental standards
.
Oversee proper installation of systems including
curtain walls, ACP cladding, spider glazing, windows, and doors
.
Monitor material usage on-site, coordinate timely deliveries, and implement
waste reduction measures
.
Identify and troubleshoot
technical or on-site challenges
, providing quick and practical solutions.
Prepare and submit
daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
to management.
Verify
installation alignment, dimensions, and tolerances
to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in supervising
aluminum facade or cladding system installations
.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
unitized, stick, and curtain wall systems
.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting
shop drawings
and executing precise installation.

License:
Valid UAE Driving License
