Job Summary



We are seeking a

hands-on and technically skilled Site Supervisor

with proven expertise in

aluminum and facade installations

to lead daily on-site operations for projects in

Al Quoz and across the UAE

. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to

quality, safety, and timely project delivery

.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee

day-to-day site operations

for the installation of aluminum and facade systems. Ensure all site work complies with

approved shop drawings

,

technical specifications

, and

project timelines

. Supervise and coordinate

labor teams

and

subcontractors

for efficient manpower deployment. Collaborate with

project managers

,

consultants

,

architects

, and

vendors

to resolve technical or logistical issues on-site. Conduct

routine site inspections

to enforce quality control, health & safety, and environmental compliance. Oversee accurate installation of:

Curtain walls

ACP cladding

Structural/spider glazing

Aluminum doors and windows

Monitor

material inventory and usage

, coordinating timely deliveries and minimizing waste. Identify and address

on-site challenges

, delivering practical and timely solutions. Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

to senior management. Verify all installations meet

dimensional tolerances

,

alignment

, and

design specifications

.

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related technical field.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

of hands-on supervision experience in

aluminum facade

or

cladding system

installations in the UAE.

Technical Proficiency:

Deep understanding of

unitized, stick-built

, and

curtain wall

systems. Skilled in interpreting

shop drawings

and leading precise, standards-based installations.

Soft Skills:

Strong

leadership

,

team coordination

, and

problem-solving

abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on

quality

,

timelines

, and

safety compliance

.

License:

Valid

UAE Driving License

is

mandatory

for site mobility and coordination.

HSE Knowledge:

Familiarity with

UAE construction safety regulations

site best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
