The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and managing subcontractors and labor teams. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and other facade elements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site installation activities related to aluminum and facade systems.
Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor and control materials, equipment, and manpower usage on-site.
Liaise with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Resolve any site issues, technical problems, or delays promptly and efficiently.
Ensure proper installation of curtain walls, windows, doors, ACP cladding, structural glazing, etc.
Verify dimensions, alignment, and level of installations as per design requirements.
Coordinate material deliveries and storage to ensure timely availability and minimal wastage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in facade and aluminum installation projects.
Strong understanding of aluminum systems (curtain wall, unitized, stick, spider glazing, etc.).
Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid driving license.
