Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Site Foreman / Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across our projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining work quality in line with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage on-site maintenance works, ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions. Conduct routine inspections of work progress and identify any issues requiring corrective action. Ensure the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for smooth daily operations. Resolve day-to-day site challenges promptly and escalate major issues to the Site/Project Engineer. Monitor and enforce company

HSE & Quality standards

, ensuring safe work practices at all times. Report any safety violations and support corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in preparing daily progress reports, manpower logs, and site documentation for submission to the Project Engineer/Manager. Oversee protective and preparatory measures before and during all maintenance activities. Guide and supervise workers to ensure high productivity, adherence to instructions, and safe execution of tasks. Coordinate site inspections with the Project Engineer and ensure work is ready for client/consultant checks.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

3 years of UAE experience

working as a Site Foreman / Supervisor in Maintenance or Facilities Management. Strong knowledge of maintenance works such as civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general building maintenance. Ability to read and understand basic drawings and work instructions. Good understanding of UAE safety standards and HSE requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Facility Management: 3 years (Preferred) * UAE Civil Maintenance : 3 years (Preferred)
