Vision Interior Concept, a leading interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out projects, with a hands-on approach to supervising and managing site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and specifications. Coordinate and manage site labor, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely project execution. Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards. Interpret technical drawings and assist the project manager in planning work schedules. Resolve any site issues or delays efficiently and professionally. Report on project status, work progress, and site challenges to the project manager. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment on site.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out projects in the UAE. Strong understanding of technical drawings, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations. Immediate availability is a plus. with driving license Can speak English / urdu / Arabic (preferred)
