. This is a leadership role on-site, responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing labor teams, and ensuring work is executed safely, correctly, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site work, laborers, and subcontractors
Report progress to project engineers and managers
Read and execute work as per drawings and instructions
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work
Coordinate manpower, materials, and site logistics
Handle basic site documentation (timesheets, materials, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years of UAE experience
in
civil or steel structure contracting
Strong knowledge in:
Block, plaster, concrete works
Hardscaping (tiles, interlock, kerbstone)
Steel sheds, car shades, or pergola installation
Renovation and maintenance works
Ability to read drawings and guide teams accordingly
Strong communication and leadership skills
Must be physically present in the UAE
Driving license preferred but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
