Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and hands-on Joinery Site Foreman with a strong background in joinery and fit-out works to lead and coordinate daily operations on the workshop floor. This role involves overseeing the production team, managing workflow, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across all joinery products, and maintaining an efficient and organized production process in alignment with project deadlines and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

? Supervise and coordinate all joinery works on-site, including installation of doors, frames, cabinetry, panelling, fixtures, and bespoke joinery.

? Read and interpret technical drawings, joinery shop drawings, and specifications.

? Ensure that all works are completed to the required quality, standards, and within the allocated time frame.

? Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.

? Monitor project progress and provide daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.

? Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.

? Liaise with other trades, architects, designers, and project stakeholders.

? Coordinate with off-site joinery workshops when required.

? Identify and resolve site issues and discrepancies quickly and efficiently.

? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements & Skills:

? Proven experience in in working as a Joinery Site Foreman at a reputed Interior Joinery/Fit-out firm including doors manufacturing.

? Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or foreman role in a woodworking production facility.

? Strong knowledge of joinery materials, tools, and installation methods.

? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

? Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

? Proficient in managing multiple tasks and teams under tight deadlines.

? Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations

? Carpentry/joinery trade qualification or equivalent
