Job Description

Site Foreman (Transformer): Supervises on-site transformer installation, repair, and maintenance activities. Manages crew schedules, ensures work quality and safety compliance, coordinates with engineers, and oversees material usage and site progress.

LT Winder: Performs winding of low-tension (LT) coils for electrical motors, transformers, and related equipment. Follows technical drawings and safety standards to ensure precise and reliable coil construction.

Sr. Mechanical Technician: Executes advanced mechanical work including assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transformer components and related systems. Provides technical guidance to junior staff and ensures adherence to mechanical and safety standards.

Cleaner: Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the worksite, tools, and equipment. Assists in keeping the work environment safe and hygienic, especially in industrial and transformer maintenance areas.
