Job Summary:

AJ ME Interior Design LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Engineer - Interior

with a strong background in interior fit-out and project execution. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in managing interior sites, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, materials, and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure all interior work meets design and safety standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation. Attend site meetings and communicate updates to management. Manage manpower on site and ensure proper allocation of resources. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (B.Tech). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or architectural site execution. Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, methods, and finishing details. Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and technical specifications. Excellent site coordination and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
