Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out activities
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain project flow
Monitor site progress and ensure delivery within project timelines
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with design and technical specs
Enforce health and safety standards on site
Report progress and issues to project management
Requirements:
3-4 years of UAE experience
in
Interior Fit-Out
(Mandatory)
Proven track record in handling commercial and residential interior execution
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs
Excellent on-site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
