Job Description

Job Title:

Site Engineer - Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (Turnkey Projects)

Job Role & Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate

turnkey interior fit-out works

including

joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, glass, metal, and final finishes

Manage

joinery scope

such as wardrobes, kitchens, counters, wall panels, doors, custom furniture, and factory coordination Ensure execution of works as per

approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedule

Coordinate with

project manager, consultants, subcontractors, joinery factory, and suppliers

Plan and control

manpower, materials, and site activities

for smooth project execution Review and verify

shop drawings, material submittals, and samples

before execution Monitor

quality control

to ensure compliance with approved materials and workmanship standards Track project progress and prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly site reports

Identify and resolve

site issues, clashes, and technical challenges

Ensure

HSE compliance

and site safety as per UAE regulations Coordinate inspections, snagging, and approvals with

consultants and authorities

Assist in

variation identification, measurements, and handover documentation

Support final

snag list clearance and project handover


Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Fit-Out related field

3-4 years experience

in

interior fit-out and joinery works

in UAE Strong knowledge of

joinery materials, hardware, finishes, and installation methods

Experience handling

turnkey interior projects

Ability to read and interpret

IFC and shop drawings

Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Office

, and site documentation Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills SHOULD HAVE VALID UAE LICENSE
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
