We are looking to hire a Site Engineer who is proficient in managing Fit Out projects and is based in UAE with a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per the requirement.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the specified quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, equipment usage, and material procurement.
Take authority of all technical detailing of projects
Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote and enforce safety on-site.
Troubleshoot any unforeseen challenges or problems that arise on-site, offering practical and effective solutions.
Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Valid UAE driving license
A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in site engineering (Interior Fit Out)
Proficiency in construction software like AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
Strong understanding of construction procedures, material quality, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with local construction regulations and legal guidelines.
