Build Mode Industries FZ-LLC is looking for a skilled and proactive
MEP Engineer
to join our Abu Dhabi operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MEP site supervision, with a strong understanding of the fit-out and joinery industry, especially within high-end commercial and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP installations in fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring full compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Review MEP drawings and ensure seamless integration with architectural and interior layouts.
Conduct regular site inspections and address MEP-related issues in collaboration with contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor quality, safety, and progress to ensure on-time project delivery.
Liaise effectively with consultants, project managers, and clients for approvals and updates.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and successful handover of MEP systems.
Identify and resolve technical problems related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Ensure full compliance with UAE authority regulations and approval requirements (e.g., ADDC, Civil Defense, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP supervision for fit-out and joinery projects in the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and relevant Abu Dhabi authorities.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Abu Dhabi experience and authority approval knowledge is a strong advantage.
