Supervise and manage interior fit-out and joinery works on site in the UAE.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
Prepare daily site reports and track project progress.
Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues.
Ensure proper installation of joinery, finishes, and fittings.
Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.
Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience
in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, materials, and finishes.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical details.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of UAE site safety and quality standards.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
