Site Engineer
Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for ensuring that technical and commercial services related to New Projects and existing property are delivered exceptionally in the organization and offer advice or solutions in line with company policy as and when required.
2. Able to read engineering drawings and has good knowledge of documentation.
3. Basic knowledge of preparing payment certificates based on consultant certifications.
4. Willingness to perform additional tasks as required.
5. Cross-department liaison.
6. Attending project site inspections.
7. Coordinate with the consultant and contractor for all civil works.
8. Review all civil material submittals and shop drawings.
9. Oversee the progress of civil works at the site and ensure timely completion.
10. Review and certify all Civil payment certificates and variations
11. Review and analyse all civil tenders.
Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering including AUTOCAD, MS office. Sending/ receiving E-mails.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
UAE Driving license: Mandatory
Availability: Immediate or with 30 days notice period
