Job Details :

7+ minimum years of experience
Hotel / Hospitality Project experience is Must
A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect
Must have Mega Projects experience
English fluency is a must
Resume without portfolio will not be considered.
Design review of the retail architectural submissions following the tenant design guidelines and local authority standards
Enhance the retail design process and ensure that it is achieved through both customer and the ongoing relationship with retailers, their designers and their contractors, or shop fitters.
Development of concept design and detailed design drawings.
Monitor and supervise deliveries of the retail units from A-Z, including inspections at the site, reviewing and approving all submittals such as but not limited to: shop drawings, samples, material approvals, RFIs, etc.
Have an understanding of the hotel project and finishing; past experience working on hotel projects is preferred.
Must have extensive Revit experience
