Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Showroom Sales Manager

to lead our high-end architectural showroom in Al Quoz. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an understanding of architectural products (facades, shading, aluminum, glass, or interior finishes), and a proven ability to manage client relationships, team performance, and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure a premium customer experience Lead the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets Engage with architects, consultants, interior designers, and contractors to promote product solutions Provide expert product presentations and consultations to walk-in clients and professionals Track leads, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends and materials Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project follow-up and delivery Ensure the showroom is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing

Requirements:

Minimum +10 years of showroom sales experience in architectural/building materials Strong network with architects, consultants, and interior design firms in the UAE Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field UAE driving license is a plus
