This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, leading a sales team, building and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and deep technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement
Lead all showroom sales activities, ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
Provide expert product guidance and recommendations to architects, consultants, designers, and walk-in clients.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of architectural materials including facades, cladding, doors, windows, flooring, and interior finishes.
Team Management
Supervise, mentor, and train showroom sales staff to ensure high performance and superior customer service.
Educate the team on new products, technical specs, and effective sales techniques.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, design consultants, and project managers.
Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for key stakeholders.
Showroom Operations
Oversee showroom merchandising, cleanliness, and display layouts to create a premium customer experience.
Manage inventory and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for efficient stock planning.
Reporting & Strategy
Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends.
Collaborate with marketing to plan in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least
3 years
in a managerial role within the architectural or building materials sector.
Established network and proven success working with architects, interior designers, and contractors in the UAE.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
