The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural or building materials and a strong network within the UAE's design and construction community. This role involves managing day-to-day showroom activities, mentoring a sales team, driving business growth, and fostering strong client relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement
Lead all showroom sales activities to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
Provide tailored solutions and expert advice to architects, consultants, designers, and walk-in clients.
Stay up to date with trends and developments in architectural materials (e.g., facades, cladding, windows, doors, flooring, and interior finishes).
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff to ensure top-tier service and performance.
Conduct regular team training on product updates, technical features, and effective sales techniques.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers including architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
Host showroom presentations, technical product demonstrations, and CPD events.
Showroom Operations
Ensure the showroom reflects a premium brand experience through effective product displays, cleanliness, and ambiance.
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with logistics and procurement to maintain optimum inventory.
Reporting & Strategic Input
Track and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store campaigns, launches, and promotional events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the architectural or building materials industry.
Established network of architects, designers, and contractors in the UAE.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
