motivated and customer-focused Indoor / Showroom Sales Executive
to join our architectural products team in
Al Quoz, UAE
. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background in
architectural or interior design sectors
, with a strong focus on client engagement, product presentation, and sales coordination. You will be the face of the showroom, representing our high-quality architectural solutions to architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with
walk-in clients and scheduled visitors
, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products.
Ensure the
showroom environment is professional, organized, and visually appealing
, maintaining updated product displays.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, contractors, and project developers
.
Prepare and follow up on
quotations, proposals, and inquiries
in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams -- including
sales, design, and logistics
-- to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
Stay informed on
new products, material specifications, and market trends
to provide expert advice to clients.
Assist in the planning and execution of
product launches, showroom events, and client visits
to enhance brand and client engagement.
Maintain detailed records of
client interactions and sales activities
using CRM tools, and generate periodic sales reports.
Requirements
Experience:
3-5 years of sales experience in
architectural products, building materials
, or a related industry within the UAE.
Client Relations:
Strong customer service mindset with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Industry Knowledge:
Good understanding of
architectural and interior design workflows
, specifications, and materials.
Multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently in a
fast-paced showroom environment
.
Other:
A
valid UAE driving license
is an advantage.
