Key Responsibilities
Oversee the
daily operations of the showroom
, ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow and a premium customer experience.
Lead, train, and mentor
the showroom sales team to exceed individual and collective sales targets.
Develop and implement
effective sales strategies
to drive foot traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers
.
Oversee
product presentations and demonstrations
, ensuring staff are equipped to communicate technical benefits and product value.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal
product availability, display quality, and visual merchandising
.
Monitor and analyze
sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends
, adjusting tactics as needed.
Manage showroom
budgets, inventory control
, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and health & safety regulations.
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute
promotional campaigns, product launches, and industry networking events

Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the
showroom's reputation for professionalism and design excellence

Requirements
Experience:
10-15 years of proven experience in
architectural or interior showroom sales management
within the UAE.
Strong track record of
achieving and exceeding sales targets
.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of
architectural products, materials
, and UAE market trends.
Established network of
industry professionals
(architects, designers, developers, etc.).
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to
lead and inspire sales teams
, foster collaboration, and develop talent.
Customer Focus:
Strong service orientation with a commitment to
client satisfaction and long-term relationship building

Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret
sales data and market intelligence
to make informed strategic decisions.
Tech Proficiency:
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and showroom/CRM software.
Other:
Valid UAE driving license
is preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
