The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience, strong sales performance, and effective team supervision. This role focuses on showroom execution, staff management, visual presentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and achievement of showroom targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Operations:
Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Sales Performance:
Monitor and support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly showroom targets.
Ensure proper implementation of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Team Management:
Supervise sales staff, promoters, and cashiers.
Conduct daily briefings, coaching, and performance follow-ups.
Ensure proper staff attendance, discipline, and professional behavior.
Customer Experience:
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Maintain a positive and welcoming showroom environment.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock presentation.
Coordinate with management for layout updates and promotions.
Reporting:
Prepare daily and weekly sales and performance reports.
Share feedback and operational insights with management.
Coordination:
Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams to ensure stock availability and promotional execution.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience as a Showroom Manager or Senior Supervisor (preferably in electronics or retail).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of retail sales operations and customer service standards.
Knowledge of UAE retail market is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Experience with POS systems and basic sales reporting.

Ability to motivate and manage sales teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling customer complaints and operational challenges.
Familiarity with promotions and in-store campaigns.
