We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Showroom Manager

to lead our electronics retail store specializing in laptops, mobile phones, and related accessories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, team management, and customer service within the UAE electronics retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the electronics showroom

Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase footfall and revenue

Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with senior management

Train new staff and evaluate team performance regularly

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in electronics sales in the UAE

Prior experience managing a showroom or retail outlet

Strong knowledge of laptops, smartphones, and other consumer electronics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a diverse team

Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

Fluency in English (Ara bic or other language skills is a plus)
