Role Overview

As the Retail Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall showroom operations, driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and upholding our brand standards. You will act as the face of the brand, guiding the team and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and inspired.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day showroom activities, ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets Provide expert product knowledge and personalized design advice to customers Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an inviting and brand-aligned showroom environment Monitor inventory, coordinate with logistics, and ensure optimal stock levels Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management Plan and execute in-store promotions and brand events to drive traffic and engagement

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a premium retail showroom, ideally in furniture or home decor Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-level customer service Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
