Job Description

We are seeking Showroom Manager and Floor Managers with prior hypermarket management experience for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing the showroom staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, between 27 to 40 years old . Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within a hypermarket or similar large-format retail setting. . Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. . Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively. . Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory management practices. . Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. . Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. . Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Please send your resume/CV
